How often should my pool be serviced?+

Most villa pools do well on a weekly cadence. Rentals between guests, salt pools and pools with heavy use sometimes benefit from twice-weekly visits.

Can you work around guest turnovers?+

Yes — we coordinate visits around your rental calendar with priority bookings on the Performance and Manager plans.

Why are prices marked $— on the site?+

We're finalizing launch pricing before opening to the public. Every quote is tailored anyway, so you'll always get a real number — not a placeholder — within one business day of asking.

Are chemicals included?+

Routine chemicals are included up to a fair-use threshold on maintenance plans. Heavy shocks, algae recovery, drain-and-refill chemistry are quoted separately so there are no surprises.

How does invoicing work?+

Monthly invoicing for maintenance and bundles. One-off jobs are invoiced after the visit. Bank transfer or cash — card and online payment coming after launch.

What does the post-visit report look like?+

Before / after photos, chemistry numbers and any flagged issues — sent over WhatsApp or email the same day. Multi-property accounts get a monthly trend summary.

Yes. Liability insurance for property work and equipment damage cover for pool gear.

Not always — we can do a self-guided walk-through with photos. For gate codes or restricted areas we'll coordinate access in advance.
