What we're insured for
Liability insurance
Covers third-party property damage and bodily injury arising from our work. Certificate available on request — email hello@aquaperfectsxm.com.
Equipment damage cover
Covers damage to pool equipment caused by our negligence. Pre-existing wear is documented on your first visit so there's never a dispute.
Equipment-trained team
All technicians are trained on chemical handling and equipment safety before being put on a route. Salt cells, automatic cleaners and timer controls all handled by name-brand procedure.
SDS on file
Safety Data Sheets are kept for every chemical we use and supplied on request. We dose by your pool's actual volume, not by eye.
If something goes wrong
What to do
- 1. Take photos of the damage as soon as you see it.
- 2. Email hello@aquaperfectsxm.com or message us on WhatsApp within 5 business days.
- 3. We'll inspect within one business day, document the cause, and either repair or compensate where the cause is on us.
- 4. Pre-existing conditions that we already flagged on your first visit aren't covered, but everything else is.
