What we don't claim
Pool care uses chemistry — chlorine, salt, stabilizers, acids. Nothing about it is "natural". We don't pretend otherwise. What we do is pick the lowest-impact options that still keep the water safe, dose carefully, manage runoff and source locally where possible.
If a sustainability claim looks too good to be true (e.g. "chemical-free chlorine"), it usually is. Ask us — we'll tell you straight.
