Pressure washing

Pressure is the easy part. Restraint is the craft.

Soft-wash for stucco and stone. High-pressure for concrete and grout. Always tested first, always matched to the surface.

Surfaces, not pressure

The wrong nozzle ruins a wall faster than weather ever could.

Most damaged exteriors weren't dirty — they were over-blasted. We match nozzle, distance, pressure and detergent to each surface, then let chemistry do most of the work. Stucco gets soft-wash. Concrete gets the tight tip. Wood gets a wide fan from distance. We test on a small patch every time.

Detergents are biodegradable, plant-safe and pool-safe. Runoff is managed. Plants get tarped where they need to. The deck looks new without your hibiscus looking dead.
