How our pricing works
Per visit vs per month
Pool maintenance is priced per visit; recurring plans get a fixed monthly invoice. Villa bundles roll multiple services into one monthly figure.
Chemicals
Routine chemicals are included up to a fair-use threshold. Heavy shocks, algae recovery and drain-and-refill chemistry are quoted separately so there are no surprises.
TOT (Turnover Tax)
Sint Maarten TOT is applied where required and itemized on the invoice. Quotes can be shown with or without — your call.
No long contracts
Month-to-month from day one. Cancel with 7 days' notice. Cancellation fees only apply to one-off jobs cancelled inside 24 hours.
